Ian is an experienced manager of complex programmes and projects
of change within the financial services and public sectors.
He spent the first ten years of his career in systems development,
before taking an MBA at Cranfield in 1994.

Bushra Khan
Bushra
has 20 years experience in consulting, specialising in IT
strategy, IT governance, business process re-engineering and change
management.
She
holds an MBA from Cranfield and a computer science doctorate in
effective system development environments.

experienced practitioner and trainer in neuro-linguistic programming
